a nice stay!
friendly staff delicious food clean room
The staff were very friendly. the food in the restaurant was delicious. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. i also appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the attention to detail in its presentation.
the lack of an elevator made carrying my luggage to the upper floors a bit challenging.

great stay by the river
ground floor early flight
i traveled with my partner and the staff accommodated every request. they switched us to a ground floor room due to luggage size. the staff shared useful information and opened the kitchen at 4:30 am because we had an early flight.
the heating was not easily adjustable, and the room was very cold. bedside lamps did not work. strange noises during the night disturbed sleep.

the staff provided a charging adapter i forgot to bring. they shared all kinds of useful information, which helped a lot. overall, the service was great!!!

the full scottish breakfast is a must. there were many great choices. i sampled a few cocktails, and they were tasty. i recommend dining at the restaurant.

the hotel's location is right by the river. i was able to walk to the refurbished castle, 10 minutes away. the main shopping area is also about 10 minutes away.

wonderful escape
great hospitality quality room amazing food
i found a special place when looking for somewhere a bit different. the quality of the rooms impressed me so much. the food looked amazing and tasted even better. the staff at every level showed such great hospitality.
the bed was a little too firm for my liking.

convenient location whisky bar dated room lack elevator
The location is wonderful. it is a short walk into the town centre. I appreciated that it was very convenient. the whisky bar offered a great selection too.
The room felt quite dated, i must admit. i also noticed a lack of elevator. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, not ideal.
